We represent our clients before public courts, patent authorities and specialist courts. We also have European patent, design and trademark attorneys who represent our clients directly before the European Patent Office and the Organization for Harmonization in the Internal Market in Alicante. Furthermore, we have colleagues who have settled cases in arbitration over domain names which have been registered in inter alia the U.S.A.
