Establishing

The establishment of intellectual property assets is a multi-stage process from concept to commercialisation. We provide services that cover the entire process, including drawing up strategies for intellectual property rights, obtaining patents, protecting trademarks and the design and appearance of a product, as well as handling domain names.

Alongside this we also help our clients to evaluate, design, negotiate and enter into partnerships and agreements.

Defending

Technical developments, designs and identity represent considerable value and must be protected from idea theft, copying and counterfeiting.
